The free WiFi throughout the property was a lifesaver during my stay. I was able to easily keep in touch with my friends and family back home without any interruptions, just like a seamless video call without any lag.
The distance of 15 km from Tainan could be a downside for those without a means of transportation. It might be a bit far to walk, especially if you're trying to explore the city on foot.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants within walking distance. It is situated in a very quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff at breakfast were accommodating and took my dietary restrictions into account. The hotel offered free coffee and water in reception, which was a nice added bonus.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable and the room was stylishly decorated. The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to several popular tourist spots. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. the room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. the breakfast, though modest, was good enough to start the day. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop with easy access to the city center and transportation hubs.
The hotel is not located near any convenience stores or restaurants. the bed was on the softer side, which was not as comfortable for us.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel, the exclusive amenities provided met our high expectations. the service was exceptional, the staff was always ready to help and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the leisure room which had a variety of entertainment options. Our room had exclusive advantages like a private balcony with a stunning view and top-notch bathroom facilities.
We noticed a minor issue with limescale stains in the shower.
